Drinking water, and
lots of it, is the single most important key
to building healthy body esteem. Why? Because,
when we increase our water consumption, our
bodies are properly hydrated and we don't retain
fluids. Drinking more water actually lessens
abdominal bloating and fluid retention and acts
as a natural appetite suppressant. Imagine,
just by drinking more water, you can lose 5
pounds in two weeks without making any other
dietary changes.
But, that's not all.
Drinking water hydrates the skin cells leaving
it healthier and younger in appearance. Drinking
the proper amount of water helps the kidneys
function at their best so that toxins and wastes
are properly eliminated from the body. And,
if that's not enough, drinking more water will
help improve sleep and reduce headaches. So,
with less water weight, healthier skin and more
restful sleep, you're well on your way to building
