Have
you ever been attracted to or stayed too long with someone
that you knew wasn't a good match for you but there
was something drawing you to that person that was so
alluring, so mysterious that you couldn't resist the
connection?
When you're not in the present,
where do you go? Usually, without realizing it, our
thoughts take us to the past or forward to the future,
which disconnects us from living right now. On our show,
you'll learn to use a simple diagram called a mandala,
as an always-available compass, to direct you back to
your
true self.....right now.
Tune in to "Straight
from the Heart" to learn how to make your
shadow more conscious. Remember, what you don't own,
owns you. Wholeness and healing comes from accepting
all the parts of yourself. When you can reexamine relationships
from romance to marriage in the context of the shadow's
hidden needs, eventually you can move from shadow-boxing
with the Other to shadow-dancing with the Beloved.
Using the mandala, Moss elegantly
and with great elucidation and precision offers a place
for modern seekers to stand centered in the now amid
the four directions of past and future, you and me.

Richard
Moss, M.D., is
an internationally respected
teacher, visionary thinker,
physician, and author of six
seminal books on transformation,
self-healing, and the importance
of living consciously.
His
latest
book "The Mandala of Being"
is the subject of our show.
Richard, a physician, left the
practice of medicine after a
life-changing realization at
the age of 30 and dedicated
his life to helping people realize
their multidimensional nature
and achieve fulfillment and
wellbeing. Over the years his
work has continued to evolve
and bridges science, psychology,
energy medicine, and spiritual/awareness
practices. His philosophy is
entirely pragmatic: work on
consciousness must alleviate
human suffering and address
the root causes of why and how
we create so much conflict in
ourselves and our world.
Richard
Moss received his Doctorate
of Medicine in 1972 and pursued
general practice until 1977
when a profound realization
led him to leave medicine to
pursue his true calling: the
exploration of spiritual awakening
and its integration in daily
life. For nearly thirty years
he has guided people of many
disciplines and backgrounds
to embrace their own essential
spirituality, overcome fear,
heal inner wounds and build
healthy, loving relationships.
He teaches a practical philosophy
of consciousness that unites
spirituality, psychology and
energy medicine and has leads
seminars and retreats around
the world.
For more
than thirty years Richard has
taught with compassion and clarity
about conscious relationship.
With insightful cognitive maps
and experiential practices he
illuminates that our relationship
to ourselves, to each other,
and to the ineffable mystery
of life is a unity.
Ultimately to be alive is to
grow and deepen the realization
of our potential as human beings.
We all hunger for experiences
of deep meaning. Exploring with
Richard is such an experience.
You will open to new appreciation
of your multidimensional nature
and rediscover your passion
for life and for learning. The
depth of experience combined
with the eminently practical
tools that you will acquire
will have lasting value in your
life. It is more than a philosophy;
this is a dive into life itself.
Richard
lives in Ojai, California with
his wife, Ariel, and has three
grown stepchildren. His website
